Sophie is a passionate, versatile, Yorkshire born professional dancer. She is a natural performer and has been lighting up the stage from the very early age of two years old.
Sophie’s dream was always to perform, she trained in all genres of dance and was introduced to the world of commercial dance by the inspirational Dean Lee’s classes taken in her hometown. She absolutely loved her three years professional training at London Studio Centre. Whilst there she took every opportunity to work with leading choreographers and during her third year Jazz Co tour she was set as dance captain and worked with renowned choreographers such as; Dean Lee, Ricky Jinks and Carrie Anne Ingrioulle to name a few.
Sophie is incredibly grateful to have since worked internationally in theatre, TV and live performance, most notably for a number of international artists at Vidcon Abu Dhabi, and for “Dance the Night away” at the Dubai Opera House where she was again entrusted with the roles of dance captain and assistant choreographer for Aaron Brown and Jasmine Takacs.
In addition to Sophie’s strength and versatility across all genres of dance and performance, she has a real talent for organisation, reflected in her numerous assistant and dance captain roles. She is reliable, trustworthy and puts her heart into everything she does.
Sophie is driven and determined to continue to work beyond her comfort zone. She has a vision board filled with dream work opportunities including choreographers and companies she hopes to work for across; theatre, in concert, with artists, cruising and in the film industry.
Currently holds a C1D and B1 Visa for work in America.
